First coming in for food, brought my parents as they are from out of town. Food atmosphere and service were amazing. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Parking space: Somewhat difficult to find parking Parking options: Paid street parking Parking: Sunday is the only time parking is free,it’s down by Pitt Campus, but it’s worth going to 100% will be going back

I waited over 40 minutes for my food after placing my order. Then when my food came out, my fries were cold, and my burger was made wrong. I asked for no pickle, no house sauce. Instead I received pickles, house sauce, and no onions. I typically love melt'd, but this experience really made me rethink my food options going forward.
