The beef was hard and too fatty but the wine very good as you would expect for 85 GEL. The service on the other hand was terrible particularly considering that we were the only customers in the restaurant and had to wait long for the bill because the waiter or manager (?) was chatting outside the building! Great wine bar. Located in the basement, not hot in summer, not cold in winter. Large selection of wines. Bartender Georgy is a unique person and a wonderful conversationalist.
