Terrible service! The staff was totally absent, and the overall experience was very disappointing. It's shameful that tourists end up here just because the restaurant is in the city center. I was shocked to pay 15 CHF for a mixed salad without any dressing! As for the beef tartare with truffle, I understand that truffle is expensive, but 55 CHF for a portion that weighs barely 150 grams is exaggerated. The most absurd thing is that I ordered a mixed salad and a tartare, but the waiter did not inform me that the tartare was already accompanied by salad. This lack of communication pushed me to order unnecessarily. To top it off, I was alone and asked for sparkling water. Instead of offering a smaller option, they brought me a 750ml bottle – absolutely useless! I'm not one to look at prices in a restaurant, but the lack of quality and transparency here is unacceptable. This place is overpriced and dishonest, exploiting its central location to attract unsuspecting tourists.
