Showed up Saturday January 3rd at 11:57am and hours say 11am- 10pm however doors are locked and lights off and no one is there.

This place has gone down hill big time . This is the 2 time I have been there and they have no bags . I purchase 6 at a time and I have to stack them under chin that is nuts . The place is mess and the people working are not even friendly . I plan not to go back . I will drive the distance to the at Sierra Lakes they are always great .

Went here expecting standard service and left with all my presumptions of customer satisfaction from a desert chain exceeded :D Ashley was a great Menchies rep for the entirety of my experience, offering me patience with my samples, free of charge.
