(By the way, this is proven by many 5 star reviews about good food.) Regarding your points: Our rustic ambience, which is always kept clean and well-kept, may not have been to your taste. We can understand that. In addition, our dishes are always freshly prepared. Unfortunately, there was a higher number of guests than expected on the Pentecost weekend. As a result, these three dishes were already sold out. Our menu offers many other dishes from salads and steaks to various schnitzels and seasonal dishes. We regret that you were unable to find an alternative option given the large selection. Regarding your point about our standards, of course we always want to have all dishes fresh and available to our guests. However, at times of high personnel costs, as well as goods and energy costs, we, like every other restaurant, are subject to high cost pressure. We also have to organize our purchasing efficiently.
