Food used to be great but the good has gone downhill. Potato salad tasted of old mayonnaise, I couldn’t eat more than one bite. Bread was old. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 2 Recommended dishes: Salad

The sandwiches are great! Recommend the chicken parm. However, I was appalled when I saw the plastic cutlery. We have a plastic/microplastics crisis that is impacting our oceans, water, food supply and our health (now tied to colon and lung cancer). DO better. Compostable cutlery and containers are now being adopted by serious businesses that don’t just care about the bottom line. It’s for the benefit of everyone and this planet! Eric the manager today, Oct. 14, 2024, demonstrated exceptional customer service and friendliness. There was an issue with a female employee which I believe he privately and graciously addressed to my satisfaction. She assumed I was a homeless person in need of a bathroom. I use a walker. She refused to allow me to enter nor did she direct me to a place where I could enter. I never asked for a bathroom. She said I could go to Starbucks next door where there is a bathroom. She did not listen to me at all and was rude and inconsiderate. Eric was also thorough with my orders and I appreciated it because I made several changes to suit my friends and my tastebuds. He went out of his way to make me feel valued as a customer. And lastly he escorted me to my car and made sure I knew how to enter the restaurant through the parking lot next time. Eric made my experience at Mendocino Farms very very pleasant. Thank you so much Eric. Marsha R. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
