One of the absolute best soupless abura ramens (油そば) that I’ve had in Tokyo. It’s a famous shop known for its fish broth ramen, as well as its dipping option (つけ麺). I wanted the oil ramen and was so glad I got it. Everything about it was fantastic, from the pork to the egg to the bean sprouts. The noodles were thick and chewy, which I like. Mixing it all together and adding vinegar just makes it that much better. This will be a spot I continue to come back to. The staff were friendly and the service fast. Be prepared to wait though.
