SOME WITHOUT SHAME!!!!! Without further ado... I made a reservation months ago, I booked a hotel in Salamanca to go to the restaurant and now they cancel my reservation because they have an event and they can't serve us!!!!!! Let everyone know how they work. And the worst thing is they send me an email saying that they are sorry that “I” canceled the reservation!!!!!! Remember that karma returns, when you don't have events, you won't have diners either!!!!!!

I have gone to eat with the family and we loved it, the truth is it has been a wonderful experience, the sober and elegant welcome by the staff until they took us to the table, then all the dishes without exception have been 10, dishes taken care of in detail with very good presentation and exquisite flavor and quality. The kindness of all the people who served us, always making sure that we were well, was excellent and to top it off, the chef's detail of going out to ask each table how everything had turned out is a great gesture on his part. Several months ago we made a reservation at the restaurant to go on Saturday, May 4, and today they called us to cancel the reservation because "they took a group's reservation and they had to cancel all the reservations there were", a SHAME, I continue without understanding how a site like this does things like this, which says a lot about them.
