I don't know if this is the case elsewhere, but don't you usually wear gloves when setting toppings? It's a bit weird because they set the meat and toppings right in front of you...; It's salty and salty, but it's okay that the rice is free. Tsukemen was below expectations. The sauce was too salty, it smelled too much like katsuobushi, and the female staff was so friendly. I was very impressed. The aji tamago and chashu were so-so. Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Mentene in Deokcheon. Chicken-based ramen restaurants aren't that common, so I visited once because one opened nearby. I didn't have high expectations since the owner of the sushi restaurant opened it, but I was surprised. Even the ramen restaurant is top-notch. Be sure to visit before there is a wait.
