This is the greatest place near Louvre Dnp Museum Lab. This restaurant can be recommended for perfectly cooked japanese ramen, shio ramen and shoyu ramen. We stopped by this local ramen spot looking for a cleaner style chicken broth rather than a heavy tonkotsu, and this place absolutely delivered. It was tucked away and a little hard to find at first, but thanks to some very kind locals pointing us in the right direction, we eventually made it there and were so glad we did. It’s a very small shop run by three people, but everything works smoothly and efficiently. Ordering is done through a vending machine and while there wasn’t an English menu card available, it honestly didn’t matter because the people around us happily helped us order. That local friendliness made the experience even better. We ordered the special chicken ramen and it was exactly what we were hoping for. The broth was clean, comforting and full of flavour without feeling too rich or heavy. The chicken pieces were tender and beautifully cooked. The noodles were perfectly al dente for my liking, and the bowl also came with wontons and slices of pork, which made it feel very generous for around ¥1500. No photo unfortunately because we were too busy enjoying the meal, but this is exactly why it’s worth stepping away from the bigger tourist spots and finding small local places like this. A really satisfying bowl of ramen and a lovely local experience overall. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The clear elegant broth, the thin but springy noodles and the unbelievably tender meats blew my mind! This bowl made me want to eat anotherbowl! I may not have been able to return the next day but I will definitely be back the next time I'm in Tokyo!!! Going all out wirh the sake oairing next time!!! Pictured is the 特製塩 / tokusei shio. (ig @wei.oframen to follow my ramen adventure ) 09/02/2023 To ensure the efficient use of train fare, I headed to Menya Sign right after Hachimitsu lol. Menya Sign was an ex-Michelin Bib iirc, which explains the top-notch plating here. From what I read, the shio is quite unique because it also incorporates a bit of light shoyu together with a few different sakes. As a result, the broth has a slightly acidic note that isn't usually found in shio ramen. They also have a ramen-sake pairing available but I don't really drink , especially at noon.
