Made a reservation here for my birthday with 8 guests and Fraser was so accommodating and helpful. I was able to provide a cocktail sample offering for my guests at a fixed price (consisting of 3 different cocktails: the matcha highball, sherry cobbler and the pornstar martini). All of the drinks were incredible and were flowing throughout the night, my guests were highly impressed not only just by the quality of the drinks but the service and expertise by the servers. We also ordered the "small bites" fixed price menu and for small bites, there was plenty of food to enjoy! I love how it was family style and we got to try a bit of everything (milk buns, patata bravas, croquetas, scallop crudo, treviso salad, fideua, and the organic 1/2 chicken). My guests absolutely loved the food and how flavourful and delicious everything was and paired so well together. There was more than enough to go around, with some of my guests declaring that it was the best meal that they've ever had. Once again, thank you to Meo for providing so much attentiveness and care to me and my guests and for making my celebration feel extra special. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Unfortunately, the service completely overshadowed anything positive. We had two extra guests join our table, and when we tried to make a simple adjustment by adding a chair, the manager, Frasier, came over and forcefully removed it without any attempt at a polite conversation. He bluntly told us he would not accommodate us, and his tone came across as unnecessarily rude and dismissive. It felt more confrontational than professional.We didn’t feel taken care of or valued as guests at any point. It’s disappointing, because the cocktails were fine crafted and high end.
