The place is really cool!!! The impression I had was that we were no longer in Sp. Amidst the hustle and bustle of the city, when crossing the front door you are immersed in a welcoming environment, finding a rustic place, which transports its visitors to a calm and nostalgic place. The road to get there, for those who ride a motorbike, is very pleasant. The prices are adequate, they are fair. I highly recommend it! Price per person: R$20–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We went to watch the Queen Tribute. The place is very pleasant and very peaceful. Excellent for spending hours talking or listening to calm music or even more upbeat music. I would love to go back there to listen to jazz. My reservations are that the menu could use some more suitable snacks to accompany the drinks. There could be a slightly greater variety of wines and I really didn't like the beers offered there. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

Well, first of all, I would like you to read my review and understand the fact that I only gave it two stars. The Arts Market is that only cold drink of water in the middle of the desert. How good it is to see that, in my city, there is at least one point of extreme culture. The proposal for this place is wonderful, the vibe of this place is incredible, the bands seem to have come from New Orleans straight to their stage, but unfortunately, I see serious problems. Having a bar open at night doesn't just require quality entertainment. People will want to drink, eat and there needs to be a structure that supports this. I went back there the other day, after not going for months and I was so frustrated. I found the portions so tiny that I felt embarrassed for the friends I had taken there for the first time. Guys, the portion is individual, is that it?? What a boring thing!! Increase the portions and cover more, then! How many servings should a table of 5 order? Waiters don't serve well. They don't even know how to say what's in the drink, or offer something that's not on the menu. The tables are full of empty glasses and bottles. Mercado das Artes, please rethink your positioning with the public. If they don't do this urgently, perhaps the last sip of cold desert water will run out. *I read the response and thank you for your consideration and extreme politeness. However, we are sorry that your experience was frustrating in some ways. Regarding portions, we understand your disappointment with their size. Portions are 500g which has been satisfactory for most customers, while appetizers can be considered individual as they are on average 250g, both duly stated on the menu. As for our pricing policies, we try to make them fair and accessible to everyone. Regarding service, it is extremely important for us that our waiters are well trained and able to provide accurate information about, for example, the bartending service and seasonal drinks as well as some wine options. We are currently expanding the description of our menu options with a digital catalog as we are implementing it on Mercadodas-artes.kyte.site We will reinforce the importance of training and ensure that all team members are prepared to meet customer needs. We apologize for the lack of care with empty tables, glasses and bottles. Since we operate as a "theatre-show" and we are not a bar but a cultural space, removing glasses and bottles can disrupt this experience.
