I almost never leave bad reviews. But this 4,8 is not fair. Mediocre and overpriced. It should be a date, where I carefully picked the place and it disappointed. It started with the salad Чивокадо (Chivokado), where AVOCADO is the main component. This avocado was like a rock (sad, tasteless and hard as my feelings). And when I said the waitress that it’s not ripe at all (we left it), she answered “that’s what we have”. Well, if you mess up with the main ingredient, it’s better not to serve the dish. Was the chef fine with it, while chopping? You know, I would ignore it, if not the pizza we had after. We took Ндуя и чипоя (Nduja e cipolla). OK, the sausage was grated, sounds interesting, right? You expect the first mentioned ingredient to be the MAIN component. But there was a half of one sausage grated (at best evaluation) and mixed with something spicy. No sausage here, but welcome a full pizza of onion and cheese. We literally had bricks of onions differently sized. OMG we were supposed kissing, man Anyway, in the manu it was mentioned FRESH BASIL, we didn’t have it, when we asked, because we were interested what is happing and maybe we should donate to the chef for qualification courses, they said that fresh basil was added to this sausage sauce the sausage sauce that was red as hell and never tasted like any, ANY grass added there. We were shocked a bit, so we didn’t took photos of all we had, but I saved onion bricks to send my friend. They are fork sized So I really thought that this was a joke, but nope, we paid for all of these and 1 wine and cappuccino - 50 levas. It’s not much, but for this quality - too much. Hello dear May (a)Way we almost never take the time to write long explanations to reviews like yours. It is simply not needed to explain how things work in the Neapolitan pizza world , as there are plenty of books written about that out there .So if you wanna make a proper review next time please make yourself familiar with the matter. Instead we will invite you back to Mercanti and guess what the pizza and salad will be on us beacause you are correct we should take time and explain to our guests why the nduja sausage is minced , but not hard like the avocado . One love

The pizza was really good! We expected a Napoli dough. I would have given 5 stars, but as you can see the pizza dough didn’t rise. I think it was because of the time (12o clock) The price was good Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: BGN 10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
