Dinner for my wife’s birthday was fantastic. Very small resturant with about 7 or 8 tables but the service and food were perfect. The Beef Wellington was brought out to the table before it was cut and served to each of us. The pea salad was incredibly light and crunchy. The Focaccia had a great soft inside and the hot honey was killer. The Asparagus had the sweetness most delicious lump crab and the beurre blanc was perfection. Unbelievable food. Every bite carefully thought out with a mix of textures and flavors in each bite. Our asparagus dish, for instance, was asparagus topped with crab meat, trout roe and beurre blanc. Each bite had the smooth spring of the asparagus, a tender chew of crab and a pop from the roe. All glazed with beurre blanc. Truly remarkable. Fois gras was soft and velvety on top of perfectly cooked bread points with prunes which were sweet and chewy. Incredible combination. And save to save room for dessert! Merci is an absolute gem and easily one of the best dining experiences we’ve had. Every dish we ordered was exceptional—from the warm, perfectly baked focaccia to the fresh and flavorful crudo. The beef wellington was cooked to perfection and truly stood out as a highlight of the meal. To top it all off, the dark chocolate mousse was rich, smooth, and the perfect ending. What really elevated the experience was the staff. Everyone was genuinely kind, attentive, and made us feel welcome without being overbearing. The service felt natural and thoughtful throughout the entire meal. An easy five stars—we’re already looking forward to coming back. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
