Good location, very near the restaurant quarter. Good secure parking. Room perfectly ok, nothing special. Mixed levels of service from staff, some very helpful others less so Bar staff not exactly welcoming. Usually the staff friendliness and warm welcome are a high point at Mercure hotels in France. Not so here. Service: 2
