I was for the first time last night in this splendid venue, very refined in detail and cared for in every way. I am celiac and I had the opportunity to calmly drink a good gluten-free beer, so I can absolutely RECOMMEND IT even to those like me who have always suffered from serious and severe allergies which should not be neglected for one's physical health. The 3 guys, managers of the place, made me feel at home straight away, taking care of me and my allergy with such professionalism and attention! For this reason alone they proved to be excellent. When you have PASSION, LOVE, INDEMITABLE WILL for what you do and what you believe.. you don't need to run or scream and overdo it, everything FLOWS and they have been silently PRESENT, ATTENTIVE AND above all VERY NICE! Next time I will definitely eat appetizers especially for me and drink a good cocktail (maybe 2 IF I DON'T DRIVE, obviously!). I ADVICE for those allergic like me to gluten or other REAL and SERIOUS allergies to call a few days before to communicate your reservation so that all the staff can then organize themselves well in relation to the needs encountered and therefore make you feel at "Home" once you arrive at the venue. As you have understood, dear travellers, I was very impressed by the passion and desire to make people feel good in this place, because every diner who entered left with a smile on their face! And so, simply observing everything from my seat last night, I can truly say that the Team is a winner, so cohesive and professional and this is fundamental for solid and well-structured foundations that lead to increasingly concrete and above all LONG-LASTING success.
