Food is amazing and what keeps us coming back. The customer service provided by who seemed to be the manager was extremely off-putting. Upon leaving, we were stopped and asked to pay for an extra dish. After explaining and showing our receipt that we did not in fact order anything extra, and after not being believed, the owner went to check with the kitchen. Once realizing we were correct, the owner offered no apology and simply waved us out. Mistakes happen, no big deal, but there’s no need to accuse a customer who already paid and ate for their meal that they owed you more, only to then be corrected and not own the mistake. Meron To Go in Thornhill is such a great spot! The food is consistently fresh, flavorful, and generously portioned. You can really taste the quality and authenticity in every bite. Everything was packed well and ready on time, which made the whole experience smooth and easy. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and you can tell they care about their customers. It’s become one of my go-to places when I’m craving something delicious and satisfying. Highly recommend checking it out! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
