I went down to tell them the pizza I ordered for £12 last night wasn’t worth the money. a cheap Sainsbury’s pizza would have been better to be honest. The old man started shouting at me so much I had to get another man to talk to . Very rude and crap pizza it was just a 12 inch garlic bread with some sort of meat didn’t resemble meat though. I will never go there again . Just rude and crap food, Just went back down there to talk to the owner , he seems a very nice bloke he actually Listened to what I had to say about the absolute terrible pizza I got and even worse the abuse I got for complaining about it .i said I Don’t even want my money back just not to be spoken like that over a counter, I told him to check his cctv and see what happened He said he will have a word with the angry old man Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Hello, First of all, thank your for your feedback. You order was carefully prepared collected from you and in line with our standards. After you contacted us claiming that the pizza was incorrect, did not contain meat, and had a garlic base. As a gesture of goodwill, we invited you to bring the pizza back to our store so we could inspect it and resolve the sur if there was any mistake on our part. However, the product was not brought back to us. We are confident that your order was prepared and serviced correctly. Despite this, we made every effort to offer a solution, but unfortunately, our request to review the product in person was not accepted. Our priority is always customer satisfaction. However, we were disappointed that our goodwill offer was not reciprocated. Kind regards

This is a scam place… I ordered food here thinking this is Merstham Kebab which is on Nutfield Road… but this is Town Kebab, their food is rubbish, their using others business name for their benefit. Don’t go here, I don’t recommend this place.
