This is the greatest place near Instituto Homeopatico y Hospital de San Jose. Mediterranean and Spanish cuisines are nice at this bar. Make a change from your habitual meal and try nicely cooked cochinillo, suckling pig and tapas at Mesón-Restaurante EL PAISANO. Try good fruitcake. Delicious wine, beer or liqueur are the best drinks of this place. It's time to degustate great coffee.

Great place to chill, meet up with friends prior to la marcha, and good people. I recommend the pimientos de padrón. All the food is great. I believe they are a couple brothers that run it, and they do a great job.
