My wife and another couple met an old friend for lunch at Metis. We opted for the chef’s selection. WOW, AMAZING, OFF-THE-CHART, SLAM DUNK, BEAUTIFUL, DELICIOUS, INSPIRING… all words that come to mind. Chef and owner, Fabio Dodero, has built something truly special.
