The cooks here prepare tasty fried chicken, meatloaf and fried prawns. Taste perfectly cooked strawberry waffles, French toasts and biscuits. When visiting this restaurant, it's a must to try good Mimosas, wine or champagne. Get your meal started with delicious tea or great coffee.
The cosy atmosphere of Metro Diner makes guests feel relaxed and have a nice time. The success of this place wouldn't be possible without the energetic staff. Fabulous service is something clients agree upon here. Prices are adequate for the quality you receive. It is noteworthy that decor is fine. This spot has achieved 4 on the Trip site.

I really cannot give this place enough love. Absolutely delicious food, generous portions, fantastic pricing. Their pancakes are absolutely to die for. The fluffiest, richest, and savoriest pancakes you could ever get especially if you get that oversized Belgium pancake I believe it's called? It's a 12 inch pancake. It's amazing. My go to is usually the Charleston Shrimp and Grits. The only complaint really I have is the decor. It could use a bit of an update but I love the "bar" area where you can eat next to the cooks and chat them up. Everyone's really friendly and has a good attitude. Their mimosas and bloody marys, which I believe are their only 2 alcoholic drinks of choice (aside from the beers), are both phenomenal as well. My friend discovered the Bloody Mary because of this place and it's become his go-to drink everywhere we go now. Amazing restaurant.

The staff at the Tamarac location are incompetent. Twice they have forgotten items in my order when I utilized companies as DoorDash, etc. The service is poor and many of the employees goof about without taking any of their consumers into account.

1st event of Our Weekend Celebration, Breakfast at Metro Diner, we have been wanting to try this place for a minute...Netty had Shrimp n Grits - this was crafted uniquely 2Grit Cakes infused with cheese, sausage's and bacon bits she said that was flipping delicious , and I had old fashion Biscuits and sausage gravy it was good too.... A day filled with love and excitement with this amazingly special& beautiful Lady.
