This place is honestly impressive They have a really good deli with plenty of options , and their liquor and wine selection is huge Definitely a one-stop spot for a lot of things! The salad bar and hot food section are both top-notch , super fresh and well-stocked. On top of that, the coffee barista knows their craft , and the Italian desserts are absolutely delicious — a perfect sweet ending. Everything about this spot feels high quality and thoughtfully done. Highly recommend checking it out!

This place used to be one of my favorites till I got treated like a POS. I went in one day to get cash thru the cash back option. I bought a candy bar and withdrew 100 along with it. As the machine was processing I realized I needed 20 more so I hit cancel. Then tried again and it said nope not enough funds. I went on my bank app and realized they still charged me the 100cb and the 3 for the candy. The guy there said come back tomorrow and we will get that for you once we see the cameras and confirm I didn’t get any money. So come back the next day and had the rudest woman I’ve ever dealt with. She basically didn’t believe anything I had to say from the get go. I was getting frustrated and said, I feel like I’m getting robbed right now. The lady then proceeded to call me a thief and she knew what u was up to. Considering stealing is a big no no in my book I got really upset. So I came back when a manger was there and the entire time I was getting looked at weird. I could hear them talking behind my back about how I’m just a scam artist and I’m not leaving with any of their money. Now keep in mind, I’m at this store every day of my life. They claimed they have nothing in the machine that states that charge went thru. Sink calm my bank and the supervisor says, I’ll talk tk them cause after investigation, you should have received the money. They refused to talk to the manager from bank on phone. So bottom line, I’m out 100, got treated like a low life crook. And I’m just in disbelief.

Today’s date is January 7, 2026 it’s approximately 6:13 pm I was at the store at I would say 609 checking out and this is the third time at least that Mrs Ophelia who you guys have as the nightmare Manager has got an attitude with me and not been very customer friendly and does not have very good customer service skills and this is coming for somebody who has management experience and owns companies of over 20 years I am tired I will never go to that store again and Metro Market will never get another dime of my money and I spent over $1500 a month in that store and it’s sad to say but I will not give you guys another dollar of mine I will continue going to Woodman’s I don’t care if I have to drive further or not or if it’s on the way or if you have a Sale or anything because her attitude is totally uncalled for and I thought I’d give her another shot at it tonight but no not with her little attitude first of all your Cash cashier called you over there so there was no reason for you to look at me with an attitude and say yes how can I help you first of all you need to talk to your cashier second of all we were just trying to make sure I paid for everything because stuff wasn’t coming out train your cashiers to know that the register needed paper it was as simple as that I was even telling her how to do things and I’ve never even worked at your store but I know because of being a manager at other stores she needs some Sirrius customer service skills because she does not have very good ones and I will be telling everybody else I know that also goes there I will make sure you guys lose a lot of business this is ridiculous I have never been made to feel the way that woman makes me feel every time I see her in that store and I have to see her why she’s mumbling stuff under her breath she could’ve said it loud so I could’ve heard it she want to take it outside we could’ve took it outside because her her customer service is a zero -000 this is ridiculous I don’t appreciate her little attitude she can keep it I ain’t do shit to her I don’t know that woman I thought maybe the first and second time okay maybe she was having a bad day but this time just to try and make sure I paid for my items instead of walking out I was even trying to see what was going on with the receipt because I had swiped my card so it was like what the hell is going on and then the Lady swipe something and then it was all done but all the paper didn’t come out and then she hands me another paper that wasn’t even the receipt I don’t know what the hell she handed me I still got it I think I hope somewhere I’m gonna make sure I keep it though in the other cashier wasn’t too friendly either who was checking me out I’ll continue to go to self service and serve myself can’t do that though because of the stupid computers don’t act right then she’s gotta come over there and deal with me and why is she getting mad that she had to put some salmon back for one that’s your job for two you shouldn’t have a bunch of salmon in the last chance Spot that’s supposed to be the discounted meats and there was no discount on it it was the same price as the regular stuff that was on the other part of the store so there was no no Sale price on it so yeah I’m not paying $28 for it I didn’t want it so I had her take it off my Bill but to get a attitude about that that is totally uncalled for for real and I’ll be contacting some other people also I’ll make sure this stuff goes all around because this is ridiculous it shouldn’t have been three times that this has happened to me at that store with the same customer service rep
