I paid for my food to be dropped off to me outside so I don’t have to wait and I ended up waiting 1 hour and 20 minutes for something that was supposed to take 15 min max .. I seen several workers that brought food out to the other people and didn’t even speak to me I had to ask twice for my food the director stated that he would give me a 30 dollar gift card and didn’t.. very unprofessional

This review is about the deli staff. I cannot remember the gals name but she was working in the deli today and was very friendly and patient with my 95 year old mother.

Metro Market Mequon, Wisconsin is a great well organized supermarket. I was impressed as we drove in and parked at the care and cleanliness of this location. Well groomed and inviting from the outside parking lot to the entrance of the store. I'm from out of town so this was a new experience. Impressed with the quality and displays on the inside of the store. We were there to pick up a balloon bouquet and small toys for a birthday party. The staff was very friendly and helpful at finding what we needed. The checkout line moved quickly. Self-checkout is available. I'm sure check-outline efficiency depends upon the time of day and the day of the week. I love the number of fresh prepared meals available here. They are always fresh and tasty.
