I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The food quality was extremely poor, and the overall cleanliness was unacceptable. The plates were not properly cleaned—we had to clean them ourselves using tissue. Most of the seating areas were dusty, which made the environment very uncomfortable. I strongly advise avoiding the beef items here in particular. Definitely not a place I would recommend. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This is a very regrettable matter. Today I placed a food order at 6:20 PM. At around 6:55 PM, I received a call from the delivery boy asking me to come to the gate. The distance from my room to the gate is about 500 meters. I went to the gate and waited there for about half an hour. Even when I called the delivery boy, he did not respond properly and simply said “I’m coming” before hanging up the phone. After that, when I contacted the restaurant, the person who answered did not respond properly either. He just told me to wait and then disconnected the call. I waited there for more than an hour, but the delivery boy never arrived. When I tried contacting him again, he spoke to me very angrily and hung up the call. Why should I be asked to come outside and wait for more than an hour when the delivery boy never even came to the gate? In the end, they never delivered my food. What is even more disappointing is that when I informed the restaurant about this incident, the person on the phone showed no concern and rudely cut the call. Service: 1
