Went to the city center to grab a bite. I saw this posh restaurant. I have to be seated outside coz everyone was smoking. The food was delicious and it was well seasoned and perfectly cooked. The service was a bit off for me. The guy who waited my table was wearing a not so welcoming face but he got his job done. A 3/5 dining experience Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Went to the Metropolis at the SCC for a quick drink to enjoy my final day in Sarajevo I ordered Cockta with ice & Cappuccino, the Cappuccino was nice and warm with flavour but my Cockta had no ice Although a bit pricey and crowded, still comfortable and cozy inside Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: KM 5–10 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

Horrible service, ordered extra hot coffee, got it warm. When we asked nicely to get what we ordered, coffee was taken, heated up and returned back to us. In the process, coffee was splashed all over the cup handles. Cake wasn't fresh either and we left everything on the table. We paid the bill and as we we leaving we mentioned it to the waiter who then called manager. Nice appollogy would of been enough but his arrogant behaviour made me really upset and for sure I will never go back there. And definitely wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
