I ordered a flat white and the first one was made with expired milk. I returned it, and the only thing offered was a remake. The barista showed me the milk and insisted it wasn’t expired, then made a new one — but the drink was still wrong. The milk split and separated from the coffee, bubbly and oddly frothy in a really unpleasant way. It tasted bad and clearly wasn’t a proper flat white. I drink flat whites every single day (usually from Mazaj), so I know exactly how it should look and taste. This was nowhere near acceptable. What made it worse is that there was no compensation at all — no apology beyond the remake, no gift card, nothing. Just “here you go.” Very disappointing experience, especially for a place I expected better from. I won’t be ordering again anytime soon. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
