Appalled with the service tonight, my family have eaten at Mezzom multiple times and 9 times out of 10 the card machine conveniently isn’t working. Tonight whilst at a family meal with 12 people and the bill totalling £360 they said the card machine isn’t working and that my dad would have to get cash out to pay for the meal, they offered no other way for us to pay. The Manager or not Manager as two people said two different things had no answers as to why it was not working. I have a few questions for when the manager/owner appears. Why does your card machine never work? Or what are you avoiding (it’s very obvious so actually no answer required)? What if my family could not get £360 cash out and was relying on paying with a credit card like most families do? And thanks for not providing any apologies for the massive inconvenience caused (again) Do not recommend unless you are a walking cash point.
