Mi Dai Korean Restaurant This is one of my first korean restaurant I've tried and one of my favorites since it's near my place i can go anytime i want. Side dishes - 5/5 Midai has the best or not one of the best kimchi i've tried so far. It has this korean filipino flavor a good balance of sour and spicy. My favorite side dish here are the meatballs but its unavailable most of the time, pickled radish is the best here at midai. Other side dish includes anchovies, bean sprouts and baby potatoes. I suggest they make mashed potatoes like in k pub. Meat - 4/5 usually they have good cuts of meat but they are not consistent. Understandable though, but still the meat is easy to cook and is very good, though they are times that they are just too dry. Venue 3/5 - i gave mi dai a 3/5 ratinv for the venue, i like the old place its open and have lots of ceiling fans, the second location was very hot because of lack of exhaust and the aircon can't cool the place. So this is what they must improve on. The tables were clean and nice but i think its too high my wife and mother in law needs to put another chair on top of another when dining here. Service 5/5 - service here is great, since we dine here often the owner recognizes us and does our request like when we need lots of lettuce so they wont have to call them every time for it, or to ask for the sweet potatoe sauce which my wife loves to use as sauce for her sam gyup sal. Servings 5/5 - mi dai is unlimited from pork to side dishes to drinks well except for soju and sodas but the free iced tea is good, theres also unlimited soup. Price 5/5 - for 300php its sulit i must say, its the usuall but for their food quality and service its more than you asked for. I heard mi dai is coming back thats why i made this review. I missed dining there, cant wait for them to open again and take my family and friends for what i think the best korean bbq grill in marikina city.
