While traveling a couple weeks ago we stopped at here for a late lunch. Fun and friendly environment. Food was amazing! Large menu with tons of combos for every craving. Not authentic Mexicana but more Tex-Mex. Food was tasty and came out quickly. Service was great considering there only being one person to serve several tables and cash out. I think our waitress was a mija named Kelli. She was the only one there at the time. I spoke to her in Spanish but she informed me she couldn't speak Spanish. Odd since it was mexicana place and she was mexican. None the less that was not an issue (we were in Nebraska anyways). She was friendly, personable and witty. She actual took her time to read back our order, only one other server in Wyoming on our entire trip did that. The atmosphere was like a typical Mexicana joint brightly colored, good mexican music and typical decorations. Paying is a little out dated having to pay at the front register instead of the table. We did have to wait a short min while the waitress took another table orders. She apologized for the wait and cashed us out. All in all probably one of the better experiences we have had on our trip across several states. Keep it going small town Nebraska. We plan on stopping again next year. Ive ate at multiple Mi Ranchito locations and this one is easily the best. Food is good here but they are relatively short staffed.
