Came here on 6/27/26 about 6ish, table was ready by 6:30, took 10min before we even got drinks, then we finally got our drinks, by 6:40, another party came in about the same amount of people if not more, they ordered after we did, yet got their food before our table? Not sure I this is just a bad time cause they were busier or what, but beans were watery and not very warm, same with the rice, no flavor and cold. Service just wasn’t there, and the food didn’t quite hit like usual. Gave the food a 2 star at least cause the horchata is amazing here! Will probably try out some other places first before coming back to this restaurant. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

I’m writing this in the restaurant because I’m so frustrated. Never have I had someone take food back that they knew was bad and bring it back. It happened today. I ordered a fish taco which I get every time and know how it should look. There is usually a large piece of fish in it that you can visibly see. I got my taco and could not see any fish. I dug into it and found a small piece of fish. I showed the waitress and said there wasn’t enough fish in there. She took it back to the kitchen and then came back with the exact same thing saying there were “two small pieces” I ate it and could barely taste any fish. Just really disappointed in the service today. Food: 1 Service: 1

Every time I come to Mi Ranchito Orem. The food has been spot on . They have the best pineapple water! Other places I have been to. The Chile relleno tastes like the fridge. This place it is fresh and tastes wonderful! It's been a while since I've eaten here and food is still awesome!
