My family and I have been coming to Mi Rancho for years and everything from the tacos, enchiladas, and quesadillas to tortas, burritos, and bistec are just so flavorful and substantial in quantity. Even their lunch specials are generous. I recently had the carnitas torta, and the pork melted in my mouth. The sandwich was delightful and filling. I think our server’s name was Elvin. I apologize if I got his name wrong, but he was so friendly and helpful explaining menu items. The prices are so reasonable. Such value for such a great meal. This place is very authentic, they have the most amazing mole and pozole. Everything there is just amazing.
