This place is a hole in the wall, and while sushi is not something to experiment with, I trusted my gut, ( and the great reviews) Fish was fresh extremely well presented... especially with paper plates... Red Dragon roll & Big eyed Tuna was giant, the veggie roll was outstanding... the cucumber salad was unique fresh and delish! All in all a great experience. Then the sushi chef came to our table, with passionately smile and seems to really care! Love that! We will be back. I have new favorite sushi house!

NOTE: They have changed their name to Miso Japanese Cuisine. I'd give them a 3.5, but the service was very good so I am bumping up to a 4. Ever since I was diagnosed with Alpha-gal, eating out is something that just isn't happening very often. We were hungry. We were running errands, so I cheated on my Paleo and we went for sushi. The server ensured nothing I ordered would have cross-contamination. Breakdown: Yellowtail roll - totally simple, but really tasty Dickson roll - very good, definitely a splurge for me Rainbow roll - felt this one could have been fresher, but still good Hubs and K (my stepdaughter) had miso soup and edamame on the house, too. This is on Dickson and there was plenty of street parking the night we went, but your experience may vary. Also saw they have some pretty good lunch specials, so may check them out for lunch sometime, too.
