Our vegetarian food was contaminated with meat and when I called the restaurant, they refused to believe me and said I must have put the meat in it myself.
Had the threaten about complaint to consumer commission when the manager agreed to refund it if we took it back to the store.
Such a pain because kids were already hungry and cranky.
Furthermore, when we went to the store, we were racially abused and driven out of the store after returning our money.
The manager told us we were nothing and to never go back to his store .
So disappointed and kids started crying as we have never experienced such bad service or rudeness
