The BEST eggs benny I ever had!!! My friend suggested me to change the sourdough to bagel when having brunch because the prior is hard to slice especially if the knife is dull. Good suggestion for sure! Why it is the BEST? 1. It’s a PORK BELLY eggs benedict. 2. The apple chutney makes it a bit sweet. So, the combination of the saltiness of the meat and the sweetness is just explosive in the mouth. 3. The Machengo Croquette added to the texture of the meal. For the best bite: Have a bit of portion of everything on the plate in one bite and VIOLA! Such a nice spot, doesn’t get too busy and their specials are always fun to try.
