A beautiful Parisian-style bakery tucked away in Seochon. Midmé quickly became a favourite during my three weeks in Seoul. I visited (a little too) often. Their selection of French pastries is both classic and creative, with standout favourites like the financier with seaweed and the rich caramel madeleine. The canelés are also exceptional, perfectly crisp on the outside and moelleux on the inside, just as they should be. The space is elegant, the service genuinely welcoming, and the overall experience always a pleasure. A true gem for pastry lovers. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
