After 2 unsuccessful detours around a tree in the road, we had several weary travellers. We were looking for lunch and found the Midnight Kitchen! Parked at Weston's beach, awaited a delicious delight! Every member of our group got the Bao asian pulled pork. It did not disappoint! Fast friendly service and high quality ingredients. The vendor told us he built the concession trailer from scratch, which demonstrates the passion he puts into the operation. The food was the pefect relief after a good amount of driving and I look forward to happening upon the Midnight Kitchen again!

The absolutely best Wagyu hot dogs, on beautifully toasted brioche rolls. A great addition to the FRYEBURG area. Come hungry, you won’t be disappointed.
