The master here ages his own beef and makes everything from scratch. Amazing beef. Even the lean cuts, my preference, are wonderfully soft. The skirt steak is like no other I have eaten in the US or Japan due to the way the master ages his meat. Kimchi is also homemade and super. The drinks are incredibly honest. And the roast beef, not what you usually come to yakiniku for, is suburb. Old timey place, not fancy, but great eats and worth trying if you want something highly local but with world class beef.
