Overall, very pleasant experience. Good, except... Dishes are carefully crafted and served. Service is excellent. I did not appreciate the fact that the shrimp tempura hand roll had practically no shrimp. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $100+

Surprised at how yummy the food was. Small portions but elegantly prepared. We had just arrived in Chicago. Hot and frazzled. After our visit ww felt refreshed. Wonderfully curated bites. Outstanding staff!!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $100+

We loved the experience at Midosuji. Really beautiful building and cozy atmosphere and great service. Since it’s still early in its opening, we would love to suggest expanding on this menu to include more varieties of handrolls and appetizers and sake. Between 2 of us, we tried most of the whole menu already in one visit. Handrolls were also a tiny bit on the salty side for me.
