After a week we needed a break from pasta. This was some of the best Chinese food I’ve had. The dumplings were excellent, I had the Sichuan beef. It was as expected HOT but the best I’ve ever had. Wife and son enjoyed their meals as well, highly recommend. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We were visiting Rome during Chinese Lunar New Year and wanted to find a Chinese restaurant for New Year’s Eve dinner. After searching nearby, we found Mifang 米房, about a 15-minute walk from our hotel, and decided to give it a try. We were traveling with kids, so we were looking for non-spicy options, and we were very happy with what they offered. The dishes we ordered were flavorful, well-balanced, and comforting without being spicy, which was perfect for our family. It felt especially meaningful to enjoy Chinese cuisine while celebrating the holiday abroad. The people there were very nice and welcoming, and the atmosphere was comfortable and family-friendly. The portions are moderate in size, but ideal for ordering several dishes and sharing so everyone can try different flavors.
