This wood fired pizza, made in a portable oven built on a trailer, is the best I've had since living in New York. The menu changes depending on what vegetables Mike finds at the farmers market, trading his pizzas with the other market vendors. Try the Muffaletta pizza, he ships the olive salad in from New Orleans, and everyone goes back for more. Each pizza only takes about 5-10 minutes, so it's a quick way to feed a family while visiting the market. Ten dollars gets you a pizza with all the toppings you can cram on it, but the eight dollar cheese pies (preferably basil or chives) always come out looking the nicest. I always have leftovers, and they're just as tasty the next morning. I make it a priority stop on my market trips.
