I came into town while waiting for my partner’s car to be fixed and decided to stop here for a bite to eat and a coffee. I ended up staying much longer than expected because it was such a cosy and welcoming little place! Everyone was so friendly, and as soon as they heard my accent and realised I wasn’t from the area, people started chatting to me. Mike, the owner, was especially welcoming and made me feel right at home. It had such a lovely, friendly atmosphere that you don’t find everywhere. I had the crumpets and a latte, which were both perfect! I’d definitely recommend stopping by if you’re in the area — such a lovely little find and I’ll definitely be back if I’m nearby again!
