My wife and I go here at least once a month and there is a reason it's always busy, because it is the best sushi in the area. While I can usually handle spicy, the 911 Deluxe roll is not Roseville hot, it's Bay Area hot. So while I did try it the first couple times we went, I just can't go to that level. Still a very tasty roll though and if you like spicy, then this is the roll for you. For my go-to roll, I have to splurge and it's the DMC Roll for me. So light and delicious, it might be my favorite sushi roll ever. All the fish here is fresh and tasty. It's one of the very few selections up in Roseville that could even compare to Bay Area sushi/food. You really can't go wrong here.

Ordered sashimi and they came out extra thin. Really 1 piece of fish cut 6 times to make 6 pieces. This is just funny. You getting ripped off with laugh. Also ordered a sushi roll and it wasn't good either. Pics below show over $40 worth of food

We visited Mikuni Kaizen on the day they finally was able to open indoor dining and it was amazing! The checkin procedure was easy, the staffs were all very welcoming, seating area was arranged distanced from the other parties, and were throughout cleaned between customers. Food was great. We ordered variety of food from sushi, rolls, appetizers, noodle dishes, and drinks. Servers were very attentive and friendly. We were so happy trying out this place!
