Thank you for your feedback. Milan is a restaurant lounge, not a fine dining restaurant, and our concept is built around good food, music, nightlife and entertainment. During weekdays, as well as weekends before 11pm, the atmosphere is usually much calmer and suitable for relaxed dining and socializing. However, on weekends and holidays especially, many of our customers specifically come for the energetic lounge experience, and after 11pm the environment naturally transitions fully into party/lounge mode with louder music and a more vibrant atmosphere. We sincerely apologize for the mix-up with your brother’s order, as that should not have happened and we will address it internally with our team. However, we also believe some of the statements made are unfair assumptions. It is difficult to determine that staff members were “gossiping” about you personally without any direct interaction, and we are equally unclear on what exactly made you feel “intimidated,” as no threatening or confrontational behavior was reported by management or security. Milan may simply not have matched the exact type of atmosphere you personally expected that evening, but many guests specifically visit us for the lively restaurant and lounge experience we provide.
