Very pushy shop owner, tried to emotionally manipulate me to buy a $40 teacup for my aunt. Said I was being a disobedient and selfish Chinese son for depriving her the opportunity to drink tea. I had a new tea set coming in 3 days for her anyway. The owner said I needed to buy the teacup now so she could enjoy her tea. Walked out the door immediately. Made me wish I didn't understand Cantonese. 0 Stars.

Stumbled across this amazing gem of a shop on Saturday. Opens roughly 10.30 - 11.00am most days. Wendy knows her stuff. Cannot recommend this shop enough. Gr8 place also to purchase quality aged teas at realistic prices. Endless array of genuine Chinese tea pots. Totally worth the trip.

I been to this tea shop a few times and the owner is a professional. Last Saturday, we had a tea tasting session and it was a wonderful experience. She also collects trinkets and other chinese decorative items. There is another shop in the eastern suburb but the prices are expensive compared to Milan Tea House. I would highly recommend this shop if you are a Chinese tea lover and would like to try something different. We bought a high grade Pu er tea which is recommended for people with diabetes and high cholesterol level. Just speak to the owner and she will be able to help.
