It appears that the staff is not proactively taking orders from customers, as guests are required to call a waiter to place their orders.

Horrible straff. Bought an icecream there and sat down. Was told to leave, i could eat my icecream walking.

Service is unbearable. Went there with my one year old this afternoon, when we entered the indoor area it was not busy at all, many empty tables and two waitresses just stood there staring at me. They did not say anything like ‘hello’ even we established eye contact, not to mention offer any help with a table. Eventually I managed myself to find a suitable table for the Kinderwagen. Upon ordering, I asked if they have iced Americano, the waitress asked me what do I mean. I explained it’s just black coffee with a lot of ice cubes. Eventually she brought me a heavy coffee dessert with lots of cream on top. Before I left, I asked for an espresso (what could go wrong with espresso? ) The waitress stared at me, like she had no idea what I was saying. I had to repeat, espresso, the coffee. I don’t know if because I was speaking English, but it was just the basic of basics, and I spoke super slow, word by word. The experience was horrible. But the coffee and dessert were quite ok.
