Place has gone bust after just 7 months of operation. Lots of hype and fanfare but didn't last long. Was a greasy Joes full of tacky bits and pieces

What a sweet little step back in time!. This blast from the past attempts to recreate your early youth experiences with all we grew up with and loved. The Classic corner Milk Bar is alive and healthy in Mortdale........ as going off how well we were greeted by the owner ! ..... a happy Chap who really loves all things Classic & Solid. All the old style Hamburgers are there, milkshakes and even 1 cent mixed Sweets for kids of all ages. It's Well worth a venture in to recreate some long forgotten experiences. I enjoyed the feeling but stayed for the all day breakfast ....... a new Classic institution !

There's an excellent atmosphere at this milk bar cafe, uniquely reminding people of the old days of the 1970s, 80s and early 90s. The back games & merchandise room is particularly to behold.

My friend had a really good milkshake and I had a really good deconstructed affogato. Burger + chips meals were a bit of a downer - don't expect world-beating stuff here - but friendly staff all around. They showed great service, showed us around the place and also took photos.

A close-to-excellent experience overall. The haters have absolutely no idea.
