Ordered online for pickup through their website and they shorted me 2 cookies. apparently their online ordering platform is Door Dash and if you use it Milk Bar will not help you resolve any issues. Door Dash refused to refund me and blamed me for not contacting them sooner even though the online ordering contact info was for the Milk Bar store who said I needed to get a refund through Door Dash. Customer service experience all around was slow and awful. Meal type: Other Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Ordered a slice of gluten free cake and was astonished by the price. The total came out to $16.31 for a SLICE of cake is crazy. And to top it off the slice of cake was very dry and EXTREMELY sweet. I became nauseous eating it. 0/10 do not recommend the gluten free slice. I only went thru with the purchase because I seen it on TikTok and drove all the way from the far south suburbs just to try it. I wish I would’ve read the reviews before making the drive. Had the cherry cola pie today. WOW! Awesome pie! Immediate favorite! Had the cornflake cookie. YUM! My favorite! The person at the counter kindly offered a sample of the pie. THANK YOU! Excellent experience! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Takeaway Price per person: $50–60
