I purchased a milkshake from your Location in Hyannis this Tuesday. I purchased the new Biscotti shake. I am not allergic to any of the ingredients. Within three sips I started having an allergic reaction resulting in my using my EpiPen and wound up in the hospital. I have already submitted a formal complaint and am awaiting a response

went there a week ago, was waiting to order at the counter and the lady completely ignored us for like 10 min and then when one of us said we want to order, she responded so rudely.
