Yesterday I went to this cafe with my girlfriend, ordered pizza and tea. The tea was brought, but no pizza. After 40 minutes I decided to find out what was wrong with the food, I was told that I did not order. We waited for 40 minutes, but in the end we forgot to order. Such is the professionalism of the waiters. I decided to shoot a video for a social network (post a story with a review), to which they told me that filming was prohibited and they began to threaten me with the police. Just in case, filming in public places is allowed; it is prohibited to film people without their permission. Some guy, perhaps an administrator, walked past me, hitting my hand with the phone, and began ordering me to sit down. In general, the conflict grew to the point where the ENTIRE staff began to laugh at me, make me look like a fool, and so on. It was VERY unpleasant in front of my friend, we paid for the tea and left. I, as a native Zelenograd resident who was born and raised here, am very upset by this situation. I wanted to show the city to someone I knew, but in the end the whole evening was ruined for us. This is not how a normal cafe treats customers. Not at any point. This is not a normal place. It's not worth going here.
