Had a fabulous Valentines meal at Miller & Carter Solihull. We were looked after by Ian, who was friendly, knowledgeable & very attentive. We enjoyed wonderful steaks and good wine and although the restaurant was busy, we felt relaxed and very appreciated. Thank you Ian for going above and beyond. We have visited a number of times and thoughly enjoyed but the last time I took took my mother and father for his Birthday. The steaks were very poor and very heavily seasoned. We complained and got not response, we were so disappointed as previously we had good experiences that we wrote to the Manager and only reposonse was "we will investigate" but we never received a further response. We haven't been back since....Shame we had enjoyed in the past but based on this level customer of service and response I will spend my money elsewhere.
